The menu will display over 100 hand selected wines by owners Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato from all the wine regions in Italy and around the world. The wine list will feature a diverse range of varietals from the most renowned wineries scattered across the 1,200 kilometers of the Italian landscape from the north to south.

A traditional ceremony called a Retirement Walk Out took place behind the Emergency Service Building on Cedar Street. East Hampton Village Mayor Jerry Larsen spoke, thanking Michael for his excellent service. Fellow Officers, Family and friends lined up in formation to say goodbye. Captain Jeff Erickson will become Acting Chief, and then Chief after passing the necessary civil service exam in March 2024.
